Nick holds a graduate degree in supply chain management from MIT, where he developed a strong foundation in systems thinking and operational efficiency. At Big Deal Soft, he drives product vision and execution with a focus on adaptability, performance, and long-term scale.

Nora Lestari brings deep expertise and extensive experience in procurement, operations, and supply chain strategy. Dr. Mehdi Farahani
Chief Science Officer
Dr. Mehdi Farahani is a recognized expert in supply chain strategy and operations research. With a Ph.D. in Operations Management, he brings deep academic and applied experience in logistics modeling, forecasting, and decision science.
Dr. Farahani has held research appointments at MIT and the University of Miami and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston. His published work on optimization and uncertainty in supply chains directly informs Big Deal Soft’s model development and operational intelligence capabilities.
